Ons doel is complexe problemen in de GGZ te herkennen maar vooral te erkennen. Complexiteit wordt nog te vaak gereduceerd tot hooguit gecompliceerde vraagstukken. Met behulp van ruimte voor zelforganisatie in een lerende omgeving kan succesvol met complexiteit worden omgegaan.  

We doen dit door:

  • aan te sluiten bij de filosofie en nieuwsgierig te blijven naar de vraag achter de vraag en te durven twijfelen aan de gevestigde orde;
  • door het complexiteitsdenken toe te passen, waarin datgene wat ons verbindt centraal staat en onzekerheid als een gegeven wordt geaccepteerd.

Mijn naam is E.H. (Dineke) Smit. Ik heb wetenschapsfilosofie gestudeerd, ben eerstegraads docent en psychiatrisch verpleegkundige. In 2009 ben ik – als buitenpromovenda – begonnen met mijn promotie onderzoek naar de complexiteit van goede zorg in de GGZ. 

 

Momenteel ben ik werkzaam in de GGZ. Daarnaast ben ik secretaris van the workinggroup mental health of the European Forum of Primary Care en als vrijwilliger bestuurslid van de Stichting Noodopvang Stedenwijk voor dakloze gezinnen.
